Founded by Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, the group began as a printing business and has grown into one of Ghana's most diversified business groups, with interests spanning multiple sectors including waste management, banking and finance, information and communication technology, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, oil and gas, printing and publishing, automobile and equipment, and mining and quarrying.
