Pawel Swiatek is a Polish-American business and financial services executive who serves as Chief Operating Officer of Moniepoint Inc. He joined the company in 2023 after more than four years at Capital One, where he served as Managing Vice President and worked on financial inclusion and data-science initiatives. Before Capital One, Swiatek spent approximately a decade at Bridgewater Associates as part of its management team, contributing to the firm's growth from about 150 employees to more than 2,000. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. At Moniepoint, he oversees operational execution and works with the senior leadership team on scaling the company's business and operating systems.
