Ope Oyinloye is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Paga Group Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Pagatech Limited, Paga's Nigerian operating company. He has more than a decade of experience across operations, customer experience and business transformation in the fintech and telecommunications sectors. Before assuming his current leadership position, Oyinloye served as General Manager, Business Operations at Paga, where he was responsible for strategic planning, operational execution and performance management. He previously led Customer Experience at Paga and spent more than a decade at Etisalat Nigeria, now 9mobile, in leadership roles spanning customer experience, product integration and operations.
