Construction Kaiser Limited

Construction & Engineering • Lagos, Nigeria

Construction Kaiser Limited is a Nigerian indigenous building and civil engineering company founded in 1993 by Engr. Igbuan Okaisabor. From its beginnings as a five-person construction business in Port Harcourt, the company has developed into a national contractor delivering residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Nigeria. Its project experience has extended into banking infrastructure, power generation, industrial facilities and major commercial developments, reflecting the expansion of indigenous Nigerian capacity within a sector historically dominated by larger international contractors. Construction Kaiser's long operating history, local-content orientation and continued participation in nationally significant construction projects make it a notable company within Nigeria's built environment and engineering ecosystem.
