Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is a privately owned Nigerian pharmaceutical manufacturing group founded in 1984 by Dr. Stella Chinyelu Okoli, OON. Its roots trace back to Emzor Chemists, a retail chemist's shop established in Yaba, Lagos, in January 1977. The company subsequently moved into pharmaceutical manufacturing, beginning pilot production in 1985 and commissioning its Isolo manufacturing facility in 1993. Today, Emzor manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical products, medical consumables and healthcare products, with operations and distribution extending beyond Nigeria into other African markets. The company describes itself as a pan-African manufacturer and distributor with more than 140 products across multiple therapeutic categories.
