Fincra is a Nigerian financial-technology company founded in 2021 by Wole Ayodele and Kazeem Noibi to provide payment infrastructure for businesses operating across African markets and internationally. Ayodele has said that his experience as a co-founder of Quidax exposed him to the difficulties businesses faced when moving money across borders, particularly as users increasingly relied on cryptocurrency for international payments. Fincra was established to address those payment and settlement challenges through infrastructure rather than a consumer-facing financial application. The company has developed a suite of APIs and payment infrastructure supporting collections, payouts, foreign-exchange services and other financial transactions.
