Aradhana Sarin is an Indian pharmaceutical and finance executive serving as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of AstraZeneca PLC. She has been a member of AstraZeneca's Board and Chief Financial Officer since August 2021. Before joining AstraZeneca, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Alexion, where she was involved in strategic growth, financial performance and business development. Her earlier career included more than two decades of experience with global financial institutions including Citi Global Banking, UBS and JPMorgan. Sarin trained as a medical doctor in India and practised medicine in India and Africa before earning an MBA from Stanford Business School. At AstraZeneca, she oversees the company's global financial strategy and contributes to its wider corporate leadership.
