Associate Professor Samuel H. Donkor is an academic leader, theologian, and international development advocate whose work centres on Christian higher education, institutional development, and technology-driven capacity building. He founded All Nations University in 1996 with the objective of expanding access to quality higher education while promoting ethical leadership, personal development, and service. Under his leadership, the institution progressed from its early development as a private university college to receiving a Presidential Charter in 2020, establishing its status as an autonomous degree-awarding university. Donkor's leadership has shaped ANU's development across engineering, business, computer science, biomedical engineering, and theology. His institutional work includes developing academic programmes, building faculty capacity, strengthening international partnerships, and expanding the university's research and innovation activities. He has also contributed to Ghana's private higher-education sector through his service as Chairman of the Conference of Heads of Private Universities in Ghana, where he participated in institutional collaboration and engagement with national higher-education policy.
