David Tudor is a corporate legal executive who serves as Group General Counsel of Naspers. He has advised the Naspers group since 1996 and joined the group full-time after working as a partner at Mallinicks Attorneys and practicing with leading international law firms in London. Tudor subsequently held senior legal positions within the group, including Naspers and MIH Group Senior Counsel, where he led legal teams supporting major mergers and acquisitions in Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe. He later served as General Counsel of the Allegro Group and General Counsel for Global Transaction Ecommerce at Naspers before being appointed Group General Counsel in June 2015.
