Kola Ashiru-Balogun is a Nigerian real estate executive and developer who serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Terra Developers Limited. He has built a career across real estate development, investment and property management, with previous experience at Mixta Africa and other property and financial organizations in Nigeria and the United States. Before joining Terra Developers, he held senior positions at Mixta, including Managing Director of Mixta Nigeria, where he oversaw major residential and community development projects. His earlier professional experience includes roles with Harbor Point Limited, Schonbraun McCann Group, Stonehenge Real Estate Group, The Church Pension Group and Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, and an M.Sc. in Real Estate with a Finance concentration from New York University.
