Professor Haruna Musa is a Nigerian academic and Professor of Chemistry whose career at Bayero University, Kano has combined polymer chemistry research, teaching, postgraduate supervision and university administration. He joined Bayero University in 1993 as a Graduate Assistant after earning a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the institution. He subsequently obtained an MSc in Polymer Chemistry from BUK and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom in 2009. He rose to the rank of Professor in 2019.
