Antoniette Ehizogie Nwanoneze

Antoniette Ehizogie Nwanoneze is a Nigerian educator, paediatric nurse and Montessori directress best known as the founder of Russell International School in Lagos. She established the school in 2010 after building professional experience in paediatric healthcare and Montessori education. Nwanoneze studied at Middlesex University in the United Kingdom and worked for more than a decade as a paediatric nurse at King’s College Hospital in London. She subsequently brought her healthcare and Montessori experience into education, establishing Russell International School in Lekki with an initial group of three toddlers. The school later expanded from its original Lekki Phase 1 location into a purpose-built campus in Victoria Garden City, where it provides nursery, primary and secondary education.
