Dr. Cosmas Maduka, CON

Dr. Cosmas Maduka, CON, is the founder and President/CEO of Coscharis Group, a privately owned Nigerian conglomerate established in 1977. He began the business as a one-man operation focused on importing and distributing automotive spare parts and subsequently transformed it into a diversified group with interests spanning automobile sales and services, manufacturing, information technology, petrochemicals, agriculture and agro-allied businesses, auto care and components. Under his leadership, Coscharis developed major international automotive partnerships and expanded into multiple sectors of the Nigerian economy. Dr. Maduka has also served on corporate and sporting bodies, including as a director of Access Bank and president/chairman of the Nigerian Table Tennis Federation. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Executive Education programme and was conferred with the Nigerian national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 2012.
