Jess Anuna

Jess Anuna is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Klasha, a technology company established in 2021 to build payment infrastructure for cross-border commerce involving African markets. Before founding Klasha, Anuna spent five years living and working in Shanghai, China, and held technology and e-commerce roles with Amazon, Net-a-Porter and Shopify. Her experience across technology, e-commerce and both African and Asian markets informed the development of Klasha around the practical barriers businesses and consumers encounter when moving money and conducting commerce across borders.
Anuna founded Klasha as a solo founder and has led its evolution from a platform helping international merchants accept payments from African customers into a broader cross-border payments infrastructure company.
