Ngozi Dozie co-founded Carbon with his brother Chijioke Dozie in 2012, bringing a background in investment banking, financial analysis and private equity to the company's formation. His earlier experience at JPMorgan, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche preceded the creation of One Credit, the lending business from which Carbon developed, giving him a financial-services perspective during the company's transition from traditional consumer lending to a technology-driven model.
