Oke Maduewesi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zaron Group of Cosmetics, the Nigerian beauty company behind Zaron International Limited, Zaron Cosmetics Limited and Zaron Hair Products Limited. She conceived the Zaron brand while studying for an MBA at the University of Leeds, and the company began operations in Lagos in 2011. Before entering the beauty industry, Maduewesi built a career in banking, including management roles at Zenith Bank.
