Richard Oyome

Richard Oyome is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Raenest, which he launched in 2022 with Victor Alade and Sodruldeen Mustapha. The founders initially established Raenest as an Employer of Record business before identifying a larger problem around how African professionals received international payments. The company subsequently pivoted toward cross-border financial services, developing the infrastructure that became its current global financial platform. TechCrunch independently confirms Oyome as one of the three co-founders.
As COO, Oyome has been involved in the operational development and expansion of Raenest as it moved from its original freelancer-focused product into services for businesses and global customers.
