Stefan Euchenhofer is a civil engineer and construction executive with more than three decades of international experience across Europe, Asia and Africa, including extensive senior-level experience in Nigeria. He currently leads Construction Kaiser Limited as Chief Executive Officer, following a structured leadership transition that marked the company's move from founder-led management to its first non-founder CEO. His career spans building construction, civil and structural engineering, infrastructure delivery, contract management, commercial oversight and operational transformation, with previous senior leadership roles at PERI Formwork & Scaffolding, Dantata & Sawoe Construction Company, Julius Berger, Strabag International and Bilfinger Berger. At Construction Kaiser, Euchenhofer is responsible for leading the company's next phase of growth while maintaining the operational continuity of a Nigerian indigenous construction business established in 1993.
