Ridwan Olalere

Ridwan Olalere is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of LemFi, the financial-technology company established to provide financial services for immigrants and people living and working across borders. He co-founded the business with Rian Cochran after identifying the practical difficulties immigrants faced when sending money between their countries of residence and their home countries. LemFi began as Lemonade Finance, initially focused on remittances for African immigrants, before expanding its financial-services offering.
Under Olalere's leadership, LemFi has developed from a remittance-focused startup into a broader cross-border financial-services company serving customers across multiple international markets. The company has expanded its services beyond transfers and has continued building infrastructure for immigrants managing money across currencies and jurisdictions.
