Sodruldeen Mustapha

Sodruldeen Mustapha is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Raenest, which he established in 2022 with Victor Alade and Richard Oyome. The three founders developed Raenest around the difficulties African professionals and businesses encountered when receiving and managing money across borders. Mustapha has led the technology side of the company as its platform developed from its original cross-border payments proposition into a broader global financial-services platform. Raenest's current official founder page identifies him as CTO & Co-Founder.

As CTO, Mustapha's documented contribution is particularly tied to the technology and security infrastructure supporting Raenest's international financial products. In 2025, he represented the company at Africa Tech Summit Nairobi, where he delivered a keynote on trust, transparency, security and regulatory compliance in African fintech.
